Aqui acaba la historieta misteriosamente. No dudo que fue dificil para GF que deje la historieta colgada de tal forma y que hubo una razon. No se vera material de Ferre en Billiken hasta 1963, cuando se publica "Los Chuf-Chuf De Anteojito" el cual promociona "El Club De Anteojito y Antifaz". Considerando la explosion de la television en 1960 y el genio publicitario de GF para explotar este nuevo medio, es logico que el universo de Pi-Pio, exprimido hasta la gota, de lado a un estilo "mas moderno". Una de las razones que este episodio es mi menos preferido es que Pi-Pio y Calculin son victimas por el trayecto de esta historia. Puede ser que Don Manuel tuvo ayuda y como Dante Quinterno encontro otros dibujantes para seguir con la historieta. Tambien, puede ser que GF ya queria romper con Billiken pero tenia un vinculo sentimental despues de 8 anos de publicacion. Lamentablemente, la historieta termina abruptamente y no sabremos nada mas de Pi-Pio hasta que renasca 4 anos despues en la recopilacion en Anteojito.
